On another tangent — Learning About Meditation

I get asked about meditation practice all the time. I’ve been intending to post on it for a while. But continue to procrastinate.

I was reminded of my procrastination as I was listening to Pema Chodron‘s Noble Heart this weekend.

So instead of trying to write an insightful post. I’ll just say that Pema’s audiobook Bodhisattva Mind is a great place to start. She connects East to West very well.

If you like these concepts then you’ll need to find a good “instructor” and begin doing some hard work. I’ve had great results with Bonni Ross.
