hmmmm .... Spam hits have now exceeded user hits 😦 Looks like I may have to turn off "comments"

Akismet has caught 1,153 spam for you since you first installed it. I've read many bloggers complaints about blog spam. I was waiting for the 1,000th spam before saying anything. It happened today! Since this blogs inception I've had 4,718 hits and Akismet has caught "1,153" spam comments. The amount of spam is "incredible" ❗
